We prioritize capital preservation by investing in companies that have significant downside protection and consistent value creation as we position our portfolios for long-term growth and success.

Our Core Plus strategy focuses on stabilized real estate with a long investment horizon and moderate leverage, where we can unlock additional value through hands-on asset management. Our portfolios focus on logistics, multifamily, other industrial, life sciences, and retail in gateway cities. The Core Plus real estate business also comprises strategies tailored for income-focused investors.

Our Opportunistic strategy seeks to acquire undermanaged, well-located assets across the country. In connection with these acquisitions, we build businesses that are set up to manage the underlying properties and ultimately maximize their value by instituting best-in-class management. Post-acquisition, we also invest in the properties to improve them before selling the assets and returning capital to our investors.

In addition to sourcing investment opportunities through in-house networks, our investment professionals tirelessly work on expanding our existing relationships with new and talented sponsors.
